In August 2009, ACME Facilities Management (Manchester) Ltd cleaned the carpets at Primrose Hill Community Primary School & Children’s Centre in Ordsall, Salford. This included the Community Room, throughout the Children’s Centre and in the Day Nursery rooms. We called in the company because these rooms get almost continuous use and a very thorough clean was required. We found both the representative, Steve, and the staff who carried out the work to be extremely pleasant and courteous. Steve visited first to listen to exactly what we required, and the arrangements were exactly to suit our needs and our setting – the work being carried out on a Saturday when the centre is closed. All the rooms were completed to a very high standard within the time allocated – the carpets looked like new, and there was a very fresh smell and no wetness, due to the system that they used.
